While we recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability, we understand that projects can arise unexpectedly. As demolition professionals ourselves, we prioritize responsiveness and often provide same-day delivery when available. During peak seasons (spring and fall), scheduling 3-5 days ahead is advisable to secure your preferred delivery date.
Prohibited items include hazardous materials (paint, oil, chemicals, solvents), automotive fluids, batteries, asbestos, tires, refrigerators, air conditioners, propane tanks, medical waste, and electronics. We cannot accept flammable, toxic, or environmentally harmful materials. If you're uncertain about specific items, please call us—our team can advise on proper disposal methods for restricted materials.
Our experienced drivers will deliver your dumpster at the scheduled time and place it exactly where you need it, provided there's adequate access. We'll call 30 minutes before arrival so you can prepare the space. For pickup, we'll arrive on the scheduled date unless you call to request earlier removal or an extension. Our drivers exercise extreme care during both delivery and pickup to protect your property.
